Thats why (1) you never ship a product until the funds are physically in your bank account and (2) you only ship to a confirmed address. PayPal didnt cancel the transaction, the buyer didnt have any money in their bank account to cover the eCheck. Once a payment is sent, unless the funds are being sent to a unregistered account, the buyer cannot canel the transaction. It will fall off for insufficient funds. It would be your own fault if you shipped an item without being paid for it. Not your paypal account in your bank account.

I am crime free yet you continue to commit check fraud over n over again. How many times have you been arressted for check fraud, 15 + times. It's so sad that you can't stop committing fraud when your facing a ten year prison sentence. I guess it doesn't matter you've already abandoned your 5 kids.
