This dishonest Chinese "buyer" operates on ebay. He uses multiple ebay accounts, including the above, as well as pudongpuxi11. He places very high bids on auction items with the intention of out bidding all legitimate bidders, but with no intention of paying. He thereby operates on ebay to block legitimate auction transactions. He also sends threatening emails to honest sellers, threatening violence etc. He pretends to be numerous different people. He has pretended to be all of the following. A 16 year old male child, a woman called Joanna Clifford, a man called Arch Wong and Arch Want, a man called Brandon L. Using his pudongpuxi11 ebay ID, he bought an item from another victim on ebay, only to pay for it and have it sent to China, with no intention of taking delivery. Upon arrival he refused delivery, causing the seller to have to pay for shipping to China and back again. He also left negative feedback for his victim. This person is the definition of "bad buyer".
