Details: | Customer purchased 2 items which were delivered in separate shipments she writes immediately after delivery and demands a refund claiming not received. Now if you purchase something you want you don't demand a refund without asking about delivery. When she was shown tracking she said "don't call me a liar" which is the "innocent stance" taken by most people who are guilty. Take 10 customers who lost their packages and ask them to double check because tracking shows delivered and statistically none of them will take it as you calling them a liar. We find out later she was actually upset because the price dropped after purchase and she wanted the cheaper price of a few dollars less. So sad!!! |
