I think I am going to have the same issue. Today 5/26/2023 it was scheduled for delivery and the tracking indicates 2 missent scans.

Same here, I told him I would be happy to refund once returned. We’ll see if he follows through.

Fraud ! I sent a perfect condition rare Vintage mugs and he requested full refund stating item not as described, no answer after I requested the return of the item .Ebay stepped in and issued a full refund without returning items .Unbelievable!

Contacted by this person under a different acct asking for a discount on item. Chanc_7060 bought the item. The diff acct messaged back & said it was really him that bought it. Item arrived damaged at freight forwarder. He then asked to keep for a partial refund. I was ok with it bc it's possible it was damaged in shipping (although box was not damaged & item packaged very well.) He waited a week to reply that he wanted to return the item. Got it back but it was just thrown in the box & completely destroyed. Not sure if it's some type of scam to break things & try to get a deeper discount or what? Since I was messaged by a separate acct seems very suspicious. Be aware that this person has other accts on ebay. chanc_7060, chanc-10, som_442675 I am out over $85 & left with a completely trashed vintage piece that's beyond repair. Block all three accounts!

Tried to buy vintage camera. All my listing specifically state no international buyers, freight forwarding addresses or gift addresses.

No international transactions fees on this transaction as this guy moved his company to California from South Korea according to a online search. He buys items on eBay for various South Koreans and has them shipped to one or more freight forwarders who then reship them to South Korea.

I'm in Law Enforcement and my family sells on eBay. I'm dealing with a false claim now over a bogus "broken item" Lladro Figurine and I am contacting the Post Master General and local law enforcement. eBay has been notified but so we shall see. They changed the name slightly but it's the same Korean Family and address in Beaverton Oregon is Kim
