| Details: | Larisa is one of those people who live their whole lives thinking the world owes them everything. She bought the same item from us in two separate orders a few days apart. We have a automatic repricer and between orders the price dropped. So the orders were a few cents apart. She emailed complaining and demanding a price match so we issued her a refund for the difference and thought that was the end of it... As soon as she gets the products she sends a email stating she could have bought the items in her local store cheaper and demanding a price match with a local retail store.
