Did you report her to ebay? They covered the cost of the returned item...which I still haven't received from her. I hope she doesn't try leaving negative feedback!

Dont you Ebay sellers see whats happening more and more. Your getting screwed over by EBay and buyers more and more as time goes by. Report the bitch to EBay and save your emails. Wonder if EBay charges your account right there when they buyer prints a return label.

How your returns and what your policies regarding a purchase is your own business. EBay's only job is to host the product and prevent fraud on their system. They have no business whatsoever, telling you how to run your business, what your policies should be and everything else. You Ebay sellers stand there allowing eBay to do whatever they want, constantly screw you over, and you just sit there and let them. Have you considered going to another marketplace, like Ecrater or EBid? Hurt EBay were it gets them the most, prevent them from going into your pocket!

Same problem. I want to thank those who did share & any prior reports as it looks like they may have helped me here with her & ebay. I have really tried to go out of my way for her but she is not easy to deal with.
I've been doing ebay over 10 years & this was the 1st time I had to look into a buyer. I'm sorry that I couldn't help her but what can you do.

I am dealing with her right now! Feb 2016 she bid on something asked me to lower the shipping and I did and not she wants to cancel and sending bad emails. I reported her to ebay. Feel free to contact me Ajamaee@aol.com

Great...I am now dealing with her and I'm going to report her to ebay and see if I can send all these comments to ebay as well...she did the same thing to me I wish I had looked into her prior to lowering my shipping because something told me she was a crook...I ended up paying my original shipping rate just to make sure it was insured. She also switched her address to make it look like I shipped it to the wrong place. She had a street address and then switched it to a PO address.

Im dealing with her now ordered something then said she found it cheaper opened a return then refused it because she didnt want to pay return shipping been sending a million messages a day luckily ebay says im covered since she abused the return policy

Dealing with her as a buyer. Should have looked further into fb she leaves for other sellers. She is evil, sending profanity laced threatening emails at about 12 per day. Ebay says to ignore her.

This buyer is horrendous! She opened an 'item not as described' return claiming the shoes I sold her 'ran out of the comfort technology'. Then, she started sending really nasty, hostile messages. It FLOORS me and makes me mad that Ebay allows her to stay on the platform. She should have been banned long ago. I did report her to Ebay multiple times. What is it going to take?

Yeah I just had to deal with her. I left a bad feedback but it sent has a positive. I said she is difficult to deal with and a scammer. eBay only sent us both our money back but the purse she bought is lost. Tracking number says it’s still in transit but she obviously has it. Probably won’t get my item back. I wish EBay would ban her.

Old woman claimed the items I sold smelled of mold and she couldn't use them. (I had sold plenty of them at that point with no complaints). She can't be bothered to type in readable sentences.

She is still at it! Now, that I have found this site, I will be sure to come here before accepting an offer and selling on eBay.
