Bought two items started messaging days before delivery estimate I explained was tracked signed Royal Mail and should arrive soon ! Delivery day estimate passed and next day discovered two negative feedbacks covered in red flags and stop signs shouting in ITALIAN demanding refund and two item not received cases open, I questioned her why and she reports I was abusive then opens credit card cases ! I rang Ebay but would not remove negative comments I refund her around 65 GBP items then get delivered and she ignores messages nice for her free stuff and causes me damage to my business !
