Customer purchased from e-Bay and then opened a claim for non-receipt of item. It was shipped in good faith via 1st Class International Mail, and the tracking number shows that it was accepted at the postal service and shipped. e-Bay's Buyer Protection plan unfavorably ruled in favor of the buyer. We have discontinued selling and shipping without full tracking information on e-Bay, and we hope to discontinue selling on e-Bay completely soon.
