7 weeks after buyer purchased a pair of authentic 7 for all mankind (7FAM) men's jeans, they sent a message "you know these are fake right?" They claimed to have taken them to a 7FAM store in Newport Beach who said they were fake. We called the store and they knew nothing about fakes, had never seen a fake, and neither have we. Same with the 7FAM store in Atlanta. Buyer was informed we do Free Returns for any reason but did not like being asked for additional information about why they thought they were fake. Without opening a return they left a negative review claiming "FAKE FAKE FAKE. 7FAM store confirmed they were fake. Seller refused to let me return and refused to refund". Completely false review that was removed by eBay but not before they opened a return and sent back a pair of bleach stained hand towels in place of the jeans. eBay was immediately called and informed that we had video of the opening of the returned package. They said not to do anything since the buyer was under investigation but after 4 days eBay refunded them automatically. eBay ended up refunding us back for that mess up and still has not gotten the video evidence I have against the buyer. The buyer also refused to clarify who they were because the account owner, Frances or Francesca Nevarez, was different than the ship-to name of A Yassim.
