| Details: | Sent Royal Mail tracked signed from UK , the item was delayed due to Italy postal service delays after being overdue one day the buyer left two negatives formoney back then opened credit card claims the day after we refunded. She then received our 70 GBP items a few days later and will not return or engage so basically has obtained free stuff and left a damaged on our reputation |
