The seller has 100% positive feedback and his profile shows that he's out of the UK (With an address in NH??) I emailed him back and i said that I am not sending anything until he clicks on PayNow THROUGH eBay. He hasn't wrote back since. |

Its a scam. The reason for that is that its a stolen EBay account. The first red flag is they know Ebay's policies and you know it as well "you do not do business outside eBay". The second red flag is wanting the item overnighted. Thats because he wants the item in their possession as quickly as possible so that the scam will start. Dont ship it report it to both eBay and PayPal (more than likely they wont do anything about it). Just report him as a Non Paying Bidder and relist the item. You shouldnt be selling expensive items online to people you dont know especially from a site thats known for fraud. And sending Paypal funds in that amount, especially form a different country because they both know where the account was created, what Ip address is assigned to what account and where that Ip address is from. It would of been an immediate red flag to PayPal, that they would of held the funds, make you ship the product, and you MIGHT see the funds at some date down the road. Remember both of these companies are buyer sided and will fuck you over as the seller every single time.

If the seller receive all the money for his package i don't know why there are complaining , just send the package to the request address.
and i advice all the seller to search before complaining or panic and if you have problem contact the buyer or stackry

Nothing, he never paid me so I never shipped anything. He wouldn’t pay me through eBay and he never responded when I asked him to.
