| Details: | The expiry date on the product is 07/2024. This is printed on a label which is stuck on the box. This is how it is supplied to us by our supplier. This buyer claims that this label is stuck on to cover another expiry date. We checked our stock and there is no other date under the label. We offered the buyer a full refund plus the cost of return postage. The buyer wanted a full refund without him having to send the item back. We were not able to accept this. The buyer threatened to go to the police and report this matter to eBay and PayPal if we did not comply with his request to refund the monies. |
