| Details: | This buyer purchased a simple ac/dc wall plug adapter from me for less than $6. He emails me about 3 weeks later stating he purchased the wrong plug and that it doesn't work. I replied stating no problem return it, but all of our plugs are in working condition and we suggested that be careful in the future as some plugs may not fit your electronic device. There is different wall plugs for different devices. And that its always best to research the items before purchasing. After about one week later, he leaves me a neutral feedback stating that its 'wasn't the right charger'. Well, as I stated before purchasing the wrong charger for your device is not the sellers problem. If he wanted to return the item, then I would have refunded, but obviously buyer refused. What a scumbag, this guy is, PLUS he is muslim which I'm not a fan of!!! Oh and by the way, whenever in doubt, look at this person feedback history, and the feedback he has left for other sellers. Seems this buyer has a VERY BAD habit of marking his territory like a dog, and leaving BAD feedbacks for sellers simply because of his own purchase mistakes. I'm so glad this site exists so we can post awful people like this on the web. I WOULD BLOCK HIM!!! |

I wanted to follow up on the above statement that I previously made. This buyer has recently contacted me today, October 19, 2014 and he changed his story.
He now states I sent him the wrong item, and that the item was so old the cord pulled out easily. Ok?
So, as you can see this person is a bad buyer and a scammer too. So, he is now threatening me almost 1.5 months later after purchasing, the item to report me to ebay.
No problem. I offered a refund again, and still no response. I say let the guy report me, as I have already reported this buyer TWICE, as a bad buyer on ebay. And apparently, I'm not the only one. IF you look at this persons purchase history, he has a long list of leaving neutral and negatives, even if he is happy with his purchase.
My opinion, this guy is a total scammer! Block him! Report Him!
AS A SUGGESTION FOR OTHER SELLERS, and this is dealing with any bad buyer. Save all of your previous emails that are to and from, and always be professional when responding to buyers. If you call up ebay, to report buyers like this, then customer support will look up your email history for this particular buyer. As long as you remain cool, calm and collect(I know its not easy!), then ebay is more than willing to listen to you then if you rant and rave about a bad buyer.

Just a final followup to this story. Yeah, he emailed me two more times, but this time, he threatened me. I called up customer support on the phone and they authorized me not to email this person back. The ebay customer support, who is typically neutral in these situations, stated that the buyer should not be harassing sellers for his purchasing mistakes. So, ebay customer support noted the harassment and put a mark on the buyers account. ITs only a matter of time, before this buyers account is suspended. This is my final update to this buyer.

I have read the problem faced by the buyer, some times it happens that the buyer get the products which is not up to the mark. I suggest you to send him new item.
