Once you pay for an item you cant cancel it. the only thing you can do is file a non pay. You should of never sent out anything, including a shipping label. By what you say, it sounds like he placed on auction bid, won it, and you shipped it out without even getting paid for it, what are you dumb or something? NO PAY NO SHIP! Then you send him a label.
