Opened a case claiming heatsinks were warped but wouldn't provide photo and only wanted a refund, even though we explicitly stated in the listing we only accept returns for replacements. Stopped responding to messages / never returned voicemail. Made us pay for shipping on the return, when we received them, they weren't packed with all the original packaging materials and were damaged in transit. The ironic (?) part is that the base of the heatsinks, which were supposedly warped, were perfectly flat. Here is a link to the pics:
