Details: | Buyer placed the order for Diablo 3 and Reaper Of Souls games in Oct 2015, then sent a request to have the CD keys emailed to him prior sending the physical games. I emailed the CD key to his Paypal email address as requested. However, he refused the package, and almost 3 months later filed a charge back in Jan 2016.
I checked the CD keys right after getting the charge back notice from Paypal, both CD keys have been claimed.
It was clear that the buyer used the CD keys then still filed the charge back. I was hit with the refund plus $20 fee by Paypal. |

What that ahole did was download it off some site, or did the trial. The keys was all he wanted. You should of never emailed him the keys to anything. It would of been the first red flag, and it should of immediately triggered "what does this ahole need the codes for the game when he doesnt even have it" he refused the software because he didnt need it. He had it already downloaded and just needed the keys. You should of refused to send anything because the keys and software was part of the same package. You should of just mailed everything all in one shot.

And that $20 fee, is all profit to PayPal because they don't incur any fees from anyone. They'll call it not a chargeback fee, but a fee for handling the case, where yo do all the work!
