He will go into your site and make a fake purchase just to see how your website operates, hours later he will go and make a bullshit purchase trying to get the item shipped to Windsor CO which the address is for a house that is for sale. The IP address comes from Winnepeg Canada. When he sees that you didnt charge the card, he will go in days later and do the same thing. The email address is from a woman in oceanside. Navy Federal are a complete bunch of asshole morons that when you call them to report the fraud they do nothing about it, they want the cardholder to get scammed, you get a fraud dispute. They use FiServe which is the service for people to do their online banking and FiServe has been broken into 10000 times in a year. Anyone getting orders from this asshole should just ban his IP address, make sure the IP address from the sales order is a match to the ship to address and the credit card has a match of CSV and address.
