Customer purchased a set of candles and complained saying the photos didn’t represent the product. A light was used to take photos and called us unethical for taking product photos like this and that he would contact the BBB. Then told us we were unethical for using manufacture provided pictures. Customer demands for a return label or he will be contacting bbb. Customer is ridiculous and rude.
