As long as you shipped to the credit card's billable address your fine. He can declare as many times as he wants non receipt of merchandise. The fact that UPS knows the address is fraud still keeps on delivering to that address, shows what kind of morons UPS really are. The second they scan the package they know if the address is fraud, you'd think anyone of those brainless idiots would send the package back to the seller and tell them its a fraud address. But no, they deliver it and play with your money. The house that its being delivered to is a complete shithole and is prob. some old people's house that they dont know whats going on. They prob, wait for UPS to drop off the package and then they walk up to the door and steal it. The idiots at that house dont even know their credit card was being used. Next time
