We show a delivery on 10/12/18 under UPS Tracking number 1ZE8A1670311447480 to Bradley King at the address of 717 Old Highway 68 in Sweetwater TN 37874. A Package Investigation was submitted and was closed with the following Investigation notes: Fraud - Address is signature required due to high amount of claims. Phone # given is for a William Bright not Bradley King. Customer uses multiple names and other addresses for attempt to file claims. Alternate identities used: Spencer Talent, Brandi Talent, Brandi Rowland, Bradley King. Forwarding to Loss Prevention. Also he did a chargeback |

First off, UPS should of blacklisted the address and not delivery anything to the address. They should of called the seller and stated the information they knowingly had on file. The chargeback will not be in the person's favor because you have a letter directly from UPS aka a 3rd party showing fraud after fraud.
