Details: | Complained of "damage" on the back of an autographed card. I offered a full refund along with a prepaid return shipping label. He claimed he needed to card to finish a set and didn't want to return it. Instead he wanted a huge partial refund. I was unwilling to give an additional discount on what I believed was already a great deal on a rare card. He kept on bullying and harassing me for a partial refund with no other solution acceptable to him. He was impolite, rude and hostile. After refusing his extortion attempts, I told him that the card was either worth what he paid or not and if not, he should return it for a full refund. He finally gave up and just left negative feedback - my first one in over 10 years. |

Sounds like "feedback extortion" which is a violation of eBay policies. Be sure to report to eBay. They might not do much until hearing from several sellers, so every voice counts. So sorry you had to deal with this type of abuse.
