This is a known scam of Ukrainian buyers.
This buyer asked me to ship to a warehouse of "Meest-America" in Delaware and after it arrives, he opened a return request claiming the package was empty (the well-known trick of Russian\ukrainian buyers).
Gladly, I knew that eBay's buyer protection policy excludes this kind of situation where the buyer asks you to send the order to a package forwarding service, so I spoke with eBay and they closed this return case in my favor + I reported this buyer.
