know this buyer well. he is a serious collector with a fine eye and high standards. he expects items to be described honestly and thoroughly. nothing wrong with a buyer negotiating for a lower price presale. and if the item happens to arrive in obvious worse condition than was advertised, he has every right to ask for a partial refund if it's justified. we should not be so quick to label him as a "bad buyer" or abuser. many sellers are unfortunately at fault some of the time.

Mrrunout is an asshole. Look at his feedback left page. Several negs per page as well as many feedbacks indicating mrrunout got partial refunds. The following negatives are just from the first page: "PARTIALLY CREASED & WRINKLED COVER. DESCRIBED AS LIKE NEW ??", "DAMAGED COA DUE TO POOR PACKAGING. NO EXTRA CARE TAKEN TO PROTECT ITEMS.", "DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS VERY POOR SERVICE ? STAY AWAY !", "DAMAGED COA DUE TO SLOPPY AND CARELESS PACKAGING. DISAPPOINTING. PARTIAL REFUND", "UNPROFESSIONAL. NO COURTESY. UPLOADED FALSE TRACKING # FOR WRONG ITEM ?", "VERY SLOW TO SHIP OUT ? POOR SERVICE. NO COMMUNICATIONS EITHER ??", "EXTREMELY SLOW SHIPPING. I read these for the drama, but, yeah, this guy is blocked. His feedback left for others page is a trainwreck of entitlement. You have two options, return the item or keep it. Partial refunds are at the discretion of the buyer. Those of us fortunate enough to do huge volume on eBay can have his feedback removed - smaller sellers need to preemptively defend themselves from this guy. Maybe he isn't a scammer, but, he is absolutely an entitled douche canoe. You don't need or want his business.

Hey guys. Yes, this dude sounds very picky and somewhat demanding. In all fairness, it is quite common for sellers to not thoroughly describe delicate collectibles and they also frequently don't package them properly, which usually results in unhappy customers. Many of his feedbacks sound like normal issues that unfortunately occur too often in eBay transactions. While it may be irritating to deal with him, I think all sellers can benefit from providing superior service and holding themselves to the highest of standards! Some buyers are very passionate about condition issues which can be a pain in the butt, but it's hard to blame him too much ? Lol
