looks like he buys tons of collectibles on ebay which means there is always possible condition issues to address. nothing wrong with asking for partial refund if the item was not described properly and he wishes to keep it due to rarity. some collectors have a "finer" eye then others. also some sellers are not as thorough or detailed enough in descriptions ? we should not be so quick to label him as a "bad buyer" or abuser.

I just went through his feedback... three out of every ten feedbacks is a negative or neutral where he tried and failed to extort a partial refund. We don't give partials for this exact reason. You either send it back for a full refund or suck it - and eBay will never force a partial.
If you lie and say you never received it, we open mail fraud cases with the USPS. Maybe you'll get your money back from eBay, but, you'll spend it on a lawyer.

His feedback looks pretty bad, but it doesn't mean he is an actual scammer. I know many collectors of expensive memorabilia who are super picky about condition and descriptions. It looks like he buys alot of big ticket items, so as a seller I would like his business. Of course just be careful to describe items accurately and package them safely...or else feel his feedback wrath ! Lol lol
