| Details: | This buyer is a no good scammer. I sold a brand new action figure to him for nearly 100 dollars through eBay. He claims that I sent him a damaged item and demanded a refund. I issued him one on the condition that he returns the figure back. However, this buyer sent me an empty package with a ripped label to hide the box's weight. Claimed that he was buying this figure for his little brother, but it was clearly for him. He's an overweight, toothless nerd that will scam you and knows that eBay doesn't protect their sellers. Do NOT do business with him; you will be cheated and robbed if you do. |

Maybe stop selling $50-$60 figures for $100+ and be a good decent collector stop being scalper ass fucks and douche bag sellers and you'll stop getting Fucked over. Cause you'll get no sympathy from me or other for getting what you deserved.

The figures are available for anyone to order on amazon when it first came out and usually the preorder last like 3/4 months. If you think $100+ is too expensive, move on, don’t purchase things you cannot afford. It’s like bitching about the soaring housing market, it’s all supply and demand. If you spent time finding ways to save yourself money or finding loophole in a system, invest that time to make more money instead. No action figure is going to worth a criminal record.

Whoever posted the above remark is the real douchebag! A seller can ask whatever price they want. It's up to the buyer to determine what they will pay. Just goes to show that stupid people come in all forms. And, by the way, learn to speak, spell and type complete sentences. You come across as very ignorant.

Your argument/rebuttal is incredibly stupid. The buyer entered an auction that started with a 99 cent bid and was willing to put down nearly $100 for it. This had nothing to do with a seller's price. You bid your way up to that number and then cheat the seller. That's the real scumbag/criminal and it's a good thing he's no longer on eBay.
