^Yes, and eBay has continually let him stay. Apparently he is gone now from eBay but I'm not sure if he did that to make a new account or eBay forcibly removed him

He's been scamming sellers on Ebay and Amazon for years. Ebay took action against him and Amazon knows who he is and what he's doing but he's recently been hiding his identity behind Amazon gift cards so it's hard for their Seller Support department to trace his actions.

WOW This guy is some special snowflake. Glad he is off ebay or maybe he just started a new account. Either way hope no one else get scam by him. How is ebay not doing anything about this is beyond me.
