Very suspicious buyer

Bought titanium bolts from my store.
He'd put two postcodes on his address. I sent the parts first class signed for.
This meant that the packet was in transit for a week while the post office tries to find out which place to deliver to.
In that time I had about 12 phone calls from Damion David hassling me to send new bolts.

Then when he received the bolts. He showed one bolt with a scratch on and said all the other bolts were faulty.

NONE of my bolts are ever faulty! They're made on CNC machinery and checked before posting.
This is the first time anyone has done this trick.
If you ever sell to Damion David, refund him immediately and don't send him anything!
