says he is having 'bank problems' via paypal
complained same item from another seller that is cheaper
cancels echeque payment sent to seller
sends message saying still having bank problems and will pay next week
after 2 weeks seller commences NPB recovery
buyer pays the following week via echeque but not via paypal checkout
buyer lodged dispute with paypal 2 days after echeque is cleared
buyer escalates dispute to a claim one minute later (i kid you not)
seller contacts post office, item in buyers PO BOX
buyer refuses to collect item and insists item is not received.
