Just refunded an Amazon order with this phone number. After the item shipped, wanted to cancel, told had to process a return. Started a return stating 'defective' then stated it had arrived. Have not verified package arrived due to safety adjustments in our warehouse and processed return after threatened with A-Z claim. Person also submitted negative Seller feedback. Have opened a ticket with Amazon to have it removed and have shared this info. Bet that the return never arrives... and Amazon doesn't do anything.

This in fifth scam attempt this year. Usually located in NYC, LA, or rural towns in America. They prey on small sellers and seller fulfilled items. Amazon and eBay do not protect sellers. Always google addresses, names, and phone numbers. If you cannot verify one of those just cancel. That is how I found this site. Lots of scammers out there. Never just ship with due diligence on $$ sales.

This number seems to be used in place of a buyers actual number (as a space filler) as I have two orders in transit to me and both show my phone number as this although it is not mine. I found all these 'bad buyer' claims using the same number and website - AMAZON - but all different names, states, addresses etc. I think the bad buyers are just bad luck and the phone number has no link except they all sell on Amazon.

Amazon seller states that my phone number in their system is: 347-448-3190. The vendor received the information from Amazon and it appears that the seller is in a foreign country (China). All this for some TP.

Why would Amazon change / correct my address? I just found out this number, 314-282-9402, as well as others with a 5 digit extention, are actually Amazon numbers. Apparantly Amazon did not bother to inform us sellers of the new method of creating temporary phone numbers, which is similar to their email addresses.

These are scam orders, do not fill them if you are a vendor, do not accept them if you are a receiver. All fall under Random bad buyers with same phone number and extension shipping to various unsuspecting people around the country with stolen credit card info. Check your accounts people, DO NOT fall into fraud trap.

I just received a piano book from a stranger with this phone number. It was sent through "sellyourbookback.com" with the name "Harry". Very strange!

Just had an issue with this customer today. Appears to be buying and selling our items and having us ship it directly to his customers. The orders are always marked as gift with a gift message of "Hi", and always messages us to remove any packing slips showing amount paid.

This morning we received a message from them because their last order had yet to be delivered. The tracking number indicated he provided the incorrect zip code, therefore the delay was due to USPS having to reroute the package. After explaining this, he messaged back and threatened to file an A-Z Claim immediately if I did not issue them a full refund.

Under normal circumstances, we would have issued a full refund, but we do not take threats lightly, especially when providing the utmost customer service. Now that we see we aren't the only sellers to run into this issue, we will be fighting the A-Z Claim and do our best to make Amazon aware of this bad apple.

With an untraceable UP0022464646CN. But when you open package it has small clear package of black maybe seeds. This is scary dont know what those seeds are.

I see several people reporting an unsolicited receipt, via China Post, of a small quantity of seeds in a small package with a customs declaration identifying the contents as stud earrings. I also received an identical mailing and have no explanation. I reported to the U.S. Postal Inspector Service [www.uspis.gov/report/]. I suspect these shipments constitute a scam of some variety but I can't imagine what it is. However, they all arrive through the U.S. Mail and that office should have jurisdiction over crimes perpetrated using the U.S. Mail.

The number 347-448-3190 + extension is how Amazon protects the privacy of their customers. If you call the full number with the extension you will reach Az switchboard that will reroute the call to the actual number of the customer (yours)... This way sellers or deliverymen can contact you without knowing your actual number.

So this number and other similar will be listed for many many people, few scammers and many normal buyers...
