This buyer is actually from Georgia City but uses this DE address for shipping. A lot of history of bad buyers from this address. Maybe same person but his user name did change mid transaction. He did pay but from other comments, the seller ships the item and they claim it lost or never received asking for money back. Luckily I didn't ship it yet.
