Because someone buys something from you online 2 or 3 times DOES NOT MEAN YOUR BEST FRIENDS WITH THEM! Secondly, you knew that everything shipped has to have proof of delivery to confirmed address. You also know that when a credit card gets stolen or someone wants you to ship to another address, regardless of the sob story excuse, you are 100% liable for any disputes for non receipt. You have to prove that the product was shipped and delivered to the address that PayPal provides you. It even says that on the payment. If this asshole by little $5 items and then a $120 item, there's the red flag. That's you own fault and no one else except you should be out the money. There's an old saying, in business trust no one.
