This seller was abusive when I wanted to make a return. I asked for a return label multiple times so that I could send the product back to him to no avail. He was threatening and verbally attacked me in writing. Even after I told him that I wanted to make it right he continued to be unreasonable and malicious. Sorry to have ever done business with this seller. Should be able to return items if they aren't as expected. Amazon never refunded funds. Buyer beware.
