You should enphasize to PayPal clearly what Visa Mastercard guidelines state, is that the buyer cannot be issued a refund until the the product is returned back to the seller. If they pull their bullshit, I would immediately file a complaint against both eBay and PayPal with the FTC. Send a certified letter to the hick clearly stating that if doesnt return the item in 15 days, your going to contact his local post master and have fraud charges filed against him. Then get a collection agency and send them after him, if he still doesnt pay, the he's going to have it on his credit report. Remind the hick of it.

This is a lie, the seller sent a damaged item and blamed usps and then would not accept a return. Ebay is the one who issued a refund not the seller. I do not understand why people feel the need to lie on the internet

Ebay has become home for scammers and hope they ban all scammers.

Very true that eBay has became home for scammers like Nicholas. Claimed damaged upon received and yet did not send back the item after refund. Now that the item has gone up and price, pretty sure scammer like him would turn it around to sell. The pot calling the kettle black...

We have had scammer like this Nicholas at Amazon as well. Even worst at Amazon as scammer like Nicholas would return a fake item back. One time we sold Lego and scammer like Nicholas return pebbles in the original Lego box.
We noticed the IP address that responded to this bad buyer threads were the same ones 162.158.x.x. We wonder if the responder is actually the bad buyer in question.

Nicholas Sheriff robbed me big time. Nicholas Sheriff ordered multiple items and them MONTHS later opened multiple chargebacks with the credit card company. Nicholas Sheriff likes to order items and not pay for them. This should serve as a warning to all other sellers.

The reporter and 162.158.x.x are the same person and are just lashing out because they tried to send a damaged box and pull a fast one on the buyer. Fyi the buyer gave the figure to a kid in middle school when the snyder cut came out as a gift. So I ask you what have you done lately for someone else?
