Wow! Only if I seen this before! The exact same thing happened with my PS4 (in JULY). It's amazing how easy it is for scammers to do this -- well, kind of -- eBay supports scammers so this is why it is so easy. All he literally did was open a case -- that's it! Ignored messages and did nothing the entire time. eBay was useless/didn't care, and they don't require any action from the buyer because eBay supports scammers and assume that all buyers are 200% honest. I lost about a little over 600usd. Ugh.

I'm the first comment above. I didn't get scammed by him again, I just wanted to suggest you guys exclude INDIA in your shipping options, surly he has too many fake accounts to keep up with. Not many sales come from India any ways. They are also known for huge IRS scams; the area isn't exactly reassuring.
