| Details: | This buyer is a scammer, has multiple accounts on ebay and he demanded to return the product immediately after receiving claiming its faulty doesnt turn on. Also demands $200 shipping to return the unit, even though it only cost $41 through india post. What he will send is DHL express envelop with a4 paper, as soon as it shows delivered he will call ebay to have the case closed. If your buyer has similar details let ebay know. I managed to get ebay to refund me. |

So did you get this resolved before the case expired?
Right now eBay wants me to send him a label or cash to send item back. Thinking best is just to refund him just before the deadline if they don't suspend him in time.

* Keep calling ebay and ask them to look up the buyers account as the buyer is doing this scam for very long time
* Dont give the buyer $120 or $200 tell him you are giving him $40 as thats how much it cost for him to send from India to your country
* He will try to send DHL express envelop which is delivered within 3 business days, keep an eye on tracking as soon as its delivered call ebay, you need to make sure you call before he does.
* the trick is to ebay before he does.
