This buyer keeps changing both his eBay user ID, and also the spelling of his name. In the order we received, he said his name was Mark Keoghan (but his true legal name is Mark KEOUGHAN). He is using the same post office box for the last 10 years. He buys new DVDs that are new and UNOPENED, and then claims they are defective. He has been running this same scam for over 10 years, but just keeps changing his name and ID so people don't realize who it is. Don't sell him anything new and unopened. If you sell him something used, make sure to take lots of date stamp pictures documenting the condition, so you can defend yourself.
