He offered excuses. He begged for extensions. Never paid. Not reliable. Apparently had no money in paypal when he bid, after he won, or anytime in the following month. Not acceptable. Not recommended. |

Steffen Lippert is still bidding as reicht but is now also using this Ebay account name: kaefzetman. He's still up to his same old tricks. Sometimes he will pay after several weeks, but mostly he will NOT. Do not let this guy win several items. If he doesn't pay for an item in two weeks, put him on your blocked buyer list and relist the item.
