This customer wanted to return the item because her doctor informed her the item is not suitable for her knees; however, it has already passed the 30-day return policy. After learning that she could not return the item, she emailed the following response: "So im stuck with a $149 item that I cannot use? This is terrible customer service. I will be making note of this to BBB and social media."
We clearly stated our return policy on the website. The customer threw a hissy fit and threatened to report our company to the BBB and to slander us on social media simply because she does not know how return policies work. Please be aware of this customer.
