customer ordered a part and his credit card declined. customer said that we charged him and that we need to ship his part no matter what. we explained to him that his card was declined so we can not ships it. we told him to verify with his credit card company that he was never charged. instead customer complained to the BBB and demanded we ship his part to him regardless. So instead of calling his card company to verify he just decided to complain to the BBB and try to get us to ship a part he did not pay for
