Beware to deal with this person, we shipped the item to him.
The UPS tracking showed the item delivered at first, but we received buyer's message asking for the refund claiming item not delivered.
We then tracked the UPS tracking number, the package is showed delivered at first, but then few minutes later, the UPS tracking status changed to "The company or receiver name is incorrect and it will delay the shipment. It means the UPS driver took back the package. This is the first time we have this situation. We then called UPS right away, after checking, the UPS customer service advised us that the receiver cursing the UPS driver and the UPS driver suspected that he is not the receiver. Therefore, for the sender's best interest, UPS decided to return the package to sender. We are fortunately enough that UPS made the right decision to return the package to the sender, even the package right now is still on the way.
Since then, buyer keeps sending us message asking for refund while the package is right now still in the process of UPS. We asked buyer several times if the address and receiver information he gave us is correct or not, he never answered this question. He just kept sending us dirty language and threat to give us big trouble under eBay message. Keep sending us harassing message claiming he knows our company information or we gonna be sorry
For the safety reason, we have report his information and all back and forth messages to the authority and to eBay.
