This buyer bought an item from me on eBay with "no returns" condition, and left me a positive feedback.

After a month, he abused the eBay Buyer Protection program with false malfunction report, to force me to accept the return and pay for return shipping. All this time he was writing me an insulting messages and demanded a full refund without the return of the item.

The item arrived back cosmetically damaged (scratches), and without any malfunction.

Avoid this buyer, he is an inadequate person.
