We receive many Australian orders and most of them were claiming item is broken etc in order to get partial refund or free replacement but this one is the worst.

Paul Volkoff bought an item from us and said he receive defected item and asking for replacement. It is not an issue to send replacement so we did sent replacement to him.

What he don't know is we did test the bulb before ship to customer and of course we test the replacement as well.

I'm afraid that after receiving the replacement he still said item is broken and asking for partial refund.

So beware of many scammer try to get free item.
