As soon as we emailed Dixons manager Bradley Swaine that we shipped, he filed a fraudulent "never ordered" dispute with PayPal for 200 GBP. When we contacted him, he first pretended to be a Solicitor and said he would sue us, then he said he was a child. He then changed the PayPal dispute into "Not received" while it was a couple of days since it had shipped.

PayPal chose his side, as they always chose the side of the buyer.
We stopped using PayPal immediately. Bradley Swaine emailed us, admitting his disputes were fraudulent: "I just changed my mind because I need the money", he wrote.

We're out of the money and we do not have our property back either.

Dear Anonymous 162.158.x.x

If I were you, assuming this allegation is true, I would contact the store, refund them £200 and ask them to remove this dispute.

If this allegation is not true then the issue can be dealt with in another, for instance using EU Privacy Laws (which have been fully incorporated into the UK law after Brexit).
