last 3 or 4 years we are order tools form your companies , who is i don't remember her name , she said will be have with in 5 to 6 days , we are ok ,but over date we call too many time she said give her 2 more days, we are ok and I remember 2 weeks later she call and our customer come to take job back , our lost more , from that day we never trust . our shop never due any $ .
