Buyer opens fraudulent returns often, states they cannot afford them and or the items are damaged and do not work. Plays them for free, uses them, and sends them back for a full refund when they are ready. Add them to your blocked list and I strongly suggest you cancel the order. Make sure you report this buyer on ebay if they do this to you!
