Buyer bought a powdered drink item and said it arrived damaged. Never sent pictures and has insurance. Never opened up a return and filed an A to Z claim and lies to Amazon that it was materially different which is BULL! New sealed and shipped well like all the others we have sold. Buyer is a scam artist! Like Amazon itself...
