Brent bought a Civil War era photograph - he said he didn't want it because it was bigger than it was advertised ( it was a 1/9th plate but we described it as a 1/16th in error). We approved the return and paid the return shipping. We even told him that we would offer him some 1/16th sized pictures at the same or lower price that he paid. He left a negative feedback and when he sent the item back he removed the photo and the foil. He wouldn't respond to any emails and offered no defense in the case that was opened on eBay. He is a repeat thief - he has write ups here.
