Kasandra ordered a $545.00 set of baby items (total of 7 in a bundle) on 11/2/2015. Items were delivered 11/4/15 and 11/5/15 left on her porch. 11/7/15 Saturday comes and I receive a message from Amazon telling me to refund her because she didnt receive her items. I promptly call her to question her and make sure she checks with her neighbors. I told her I was going to open up a UPS investigation and all she kept saying is that she needed a refund now. So Sunday rolls around, I call to check and see if she checked with her neighbors and if she located the packages, and she tells me no and still demands a refund right then and there and Amazon again tells me to refund her. I kept telling her that the items still might show up and that if they did, we would be out the $545 and she would have the items. She starts crying and saying she spent her 2 weeks pay from Carls Jr on these items and cannot wait. I 100% know she is full of it and now I am out the $545.00 and she is riding off into the sunset with the stolen items. Beware, if she did this to me and got away with it, she will surely do it again.
