| Details: | Frank purchased website malware removal services from our company for a client of his. He failed to comply with our terms of service by continually overwriting files after we had made security modifications. When we informed him that we could no longer continue to work on his site because of this, of this he started threatening to "damage our reputation" and claimed that we broke his site (When we had log files to prove otherwise - it was his own doing that broke the site). We tried explaining this to him but it was like talking to a brick wall and he refused to comply. We had to inform him that we would no longer communicate with him because he was being very unprofessional, threatening and rude (however he said WE were the ones acting that way). He claimed that he was an SEO expert and would trash us.... Seems like he is a few fries short of a happy meal. |

I am the webmaster for a big eCommerce site and these whiners above were unable to remove a virus, but they still wanted to get paid, which I did.
However I told the owner in no uncertain terms what I thought about of their amateurism, and that person, someone kind of "hacker" with a huge ego, said they could and would destroy my reputation, and it's clear that that is the truth because nowhere online did I complain about those clowns. I even forgot all about them. But they smeared me here instead, just as they said they would.

STAY AWAY FROM OWNDOC DERMINATOR - DO NOT ORDER OR TRUST THIS COMPANY. The owner “Sarah” aka Frank (Franciscus De Groot) is very rude, abusive and cyber stalks people. I bought a pen which was defective, so I reached out to get help only to be attacked, bullied then blocked. He then went to my social media pages, got my photo and DOX’D my address, phone number, email with my picture. I have had to involve the police as he’s very unstable and insane. Protect yourself and stay away from this company.
