First off, do not do anything without tracking and you should of kept the dispute long enough until the item was delivered to place tracking information into the package. you shouldnt of ever given the option the buyer to ship it at a lower method other than what you had stated, dont do strangers favors! You should consider the risks involved in international shipping and take into advisement the amount of purchase your willing to loose. Would you seriously consider shipping the same thing out at was valued at $1000, or $5000 or even $100? knowing what the risks are. Next time consider that when you deal with a total stranger.
